Return and Refund policy

For orders from AlAqsaPerfume, items can only be returned for a full refund if they are unopened, unused, and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and any cellophane intact.

  • You must notify us in writing that you are returning your purchase within 14 days, beginning the day on which you receive the product.
  • Please ensure that you also return any free gifts associated with your returned items or the related order. If the free gift isn’t returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your refund.
  • Please take a photo of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about any damage on the way of shipping.
  • Exceptions: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perfume samples or gift cards.

We DO NOT offer free cancellation/return. Our warehouse team is working hard to fulfil orders and ship parcels as soon as possible. Therefore, we charge return fees on every cancellation/return no matter when the request is sent to us. Please think it through before placing the order to avoid any inconvenience.

Start a return

To start a return, please reply directly to the confirmation email you received when you placed the order, and send your request to hello@perfumealaqsa.com with your order number and return reason. Please also attach pictures of your returned items. By submitting your return, you consent to the terms of our return policy.

We do not provide free returns, therefore we will charge a return fee for every order return request. The fee will be determined based on your country of residence. Feel free to ask the approximate amount of the return shipping fee. After your return request has been confirmed by us, we will send you a payment link through which you can pay for your invoice. Once you have paid, please let us know. We will email you the return label, once the payment has been received. Besides that, we will also provide you with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Unfortunately, we do not accept items returned to us without first requesting a return.

Refund

Once the return has been received and inspected, then we will send you an email with further details regarding your refund. After that, our team strives to process the refund within a week, but it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

Customers are only eligible for a full refund if the return is accordingly to the conditions stated in this policy. Please note that we will deduct costs from your refund otherwise.

Shipping fee

The shipping cost for returns will be based on the actual postage we pay and will be at your own cost, except for the cases that are requested from us. Please notice that we also charge the shipping fee by deducting the amount from the refund if the parcel gets returned automatically to us because it’s not picked up in time or it’s rejected upon delivery. 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Allergic Reaction

If you have an allergic reaction to a product purchased on our site, we recommend you stop using the product and visit your doctor in the first instance. Please visit our Terms of service page to see our full Allergic Reaction Policy.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
